EAST SUSSEX HIGHWAYS CONTRACTORS REMOVE THEIR CULVERT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.Today Contractors at the culvert said they had been instructed to remove the work they put in place 31st October 2013. The Concrete bags were removed from site and taken away. The Contractors said that there was plans to put something back but it was in the their job system again.
