Council provided evidence in Freedom of Information Request that
it didn’t register your consultation for the Local Plan14th December 2016
Hastings Borough Council responded on the WhatDoTheyKnow website yesterday that it had no consultation responses for CV04 the land at Church Street, which was public land and had been used without let or hindrance for more than forty years. The document clearly shows in our opinion that the Consultation was rigged by an unknown individual to remove traces of CV04. The consultations these figures come from are the Consultation on the Inspectors Preliminary Findings. The Council has until Friday to address this before the matter goes the ICO. I well remember this piece of ground being used communally in the 1960s for events such as bonfire night in November.
