The Charity and Trusts Chairman was notified by email
through a public Information site yesterday that "Whilst I note you
require an 'authenticated version', there are no further 'authenticated'
versions of the report that we hold. " The Organizations have been worried
that the documents underpinning the DMP process where seen to be withhold. 80
days of negotiations with PINS has brought this revelation to light. We have no
idea why just this information at present and are asking for a meeting with the
Council A £56,576.14 has been sent to the Council as an invoice for
payment from the Planning Inspectorate. Local organizations are requesting a
meeting with the Council.
