Parliamentary Ombudsmen complaint made to MP

Parliamentary Ombudsmen complaint was made to MP Amber Rudd today in regard to
Natural England’s handling of complaint and investigation of the Church Street
site.
Some twenty eight documents were forwarded with the official forms. The Trust and HMRC Charity will hear shortly whether they will receive an apology from Natural England in this matter.

It would seem Local Area Manager of Natural England Mr James Seymour has written letter 5th June 2015 stating "Clearly the status of the hole has evolved". documents from the St Helens hospital site conversion to swellings now called Speckled Wood indicate this is not the case and that the mittigation area shows two holes which is consitant with today.
