THE TRUST AND CHARITY WERE CONTACTED BY THE GOVERMENT OMBUDSMAN TODAY
The Trust and charity was telephoned by the Government Ombudsman today. A three quarter of an hour conversation took place detailing thier complaint. More than forty documents were then subsequently sent in to the Investigator by email. The Trust and Charity where told that they would receive a letter outlining thier complaint from the Ombudsman once all the documentation had been read. The Trust & Charity hope that this is all the information which has now been sent in but have told the investigator that they are happy to supply anything to help their investigation.
